I am here now for the HONOR the flame and it is at 29.20, 57.41
I dunno if they moved it but this site mentioned is the ALLIANCE one. It looks as though the desecrate and honor flames were in the same area before perhaps? Its been a while since I did this completely I did it in 2009

Brianbucks99 is correct. Now at 29.2, 57.41. Extinguishing the flame for those of the Alliance.
