1. This is a fishing quest. Remember to bring your fishing rod!
2. There will be a pool to fish from, the "fever of Storm Rays". It will only be visible while you have this quest.
3. So long as you land the bobber in the pool, you will not fish up anything except Storm RaysMaybe it's coincidence, but I've done this a few times and never saw a fishing level up from it. Maybe this quest isn't counted as "actual fishing"?
