TheWoWDBThere's a good spot to grind these out at /way 40.5, 72.54. Lots of Encroaching Mites clustered between there and the cliff, fighting Forbidden Trappers. Once you've cleared the area out, head back to the wall where you started and there'll be two mites repeatedly respawning on either end to grind on whilst waiting for the rest of the mobs in the area to respawn
