TheWoWDBYou can go to 47.35 65.76 and kill 7 in this area much easier than where the quest is picked up. Kill [npc=163960] and it counts toward the quest. Even the quest giver, the juvenile Gorger shows up beside you. Much, much easier here. The flight point right beside the area is Wanecrypt Hill.
