TheWoWDBCurrently this quest doesn't display on the Gorgers themselves that you need to slain 0/3 of them when you hover your mouse over them, so just kill random 3 Gorgers and it should do the trick.

It looks like any Gorger-shaped mob will work. I killed 2 [npc=163960] and 1 [npc=160815] in the marked questing area, and even though they don't display on the gorgers themselves or track in the questlog, once you kill 3 it will complete the quest and you can turn it in.
