If anyone else is like me and can never find the entrance to the cavern for these turn ins, use this macro for TomTom:
/way Abyssal Depths 58.87 57.96 Tenebrous Cavern
If you don't have TomTom or another coord addon, the entrance is a little left and just down from the actual text for the cavern on the map.

What to do
Description
So, you're the {name} everyone's been talking about? It's good to finally meet you. Well, enough talk, right? Let's get down to it. I need you to swim out northwest to the Sira'kess Front and kill those naga real quick. Nothing fancy. They're looking for a fight, and we'll give them one! Well, you will.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

- Orako's Report
<You remind Orako that he was supposed to send a report back to Captain Verne.> Right, a report. All that I've seen here is fish. Lots and lots of fish. <Orako looks over at the sack of fish that you brought for him.> Bring this back to the captain. This is my report.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Treasure Reclamation
Blood and thunder! We have our reinforcements, but they still need to be paid. They won't be cheap. Up on Deepfin Ridge to the northwest, the slimy gilblin have stolen all sorts of treasure. It's time to reclaim some of it for the Horde. Hellscream's eyes are upon you, <name>!
