This is part of the Priest-exclusive short questline [storyline=5942], which begins from [item=245743]. The item is dropped by [npc=233824] on any difficulty (even in Storymode) in [zone=16178].

Not exactly sure if it matters what you kill for the"Worthy Creatures Destroyed" part, but I was all over TWW zones killing things at least, andthe 20 enemies got fairly fast done.
//As stated by astleyt07, the enemies need to be same level as you.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Players Resurrected part took me 12 times (each one giving 9% towards the bar) to cast Resurrection on fallen player. This took me about less than 5 minutes to do.
Not sure if intended, but the way I did it:
- If you have another account (even trial is fine) to have another character or a friend to help: have their character die and stay in their corpse - DO NOT CLICK RELEASE!
- Each time you cast Resurrection on the fallen player character you get credit towards the bar - as long as there isn't already pending resurrection attempt.
- Have the other character/player decline each resurrection, which will remove the "pending resurrection" - DO NOT ACCEPT IT!
- Then cast Resurrection again on them after the other character/player has declined it. Do this 12 times, and you should be done.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [spell=212036] gives you credit only for one resurrection, so be aware that trying to use it to get all done in one go won't work. (Currently at least as of writing this post)

Any creature your level, even small bees count for the creatures destoryed.
You can get a friend to decline resses and spam ress him for the ressurect players part
This quest seems to be bugged as of 12.0.7, displaying as completed even though it isn't.
Walking up to the NPC to turn it in is the only way I've found to check if it's completed or not.

What to do
Description
Such a small thing, really. And devoid of any of the power T'uure once nurtured. But a relic of inestimable value nonetheless. Did you know, {class}, that to T'uure, the dark and the light were inseparable aspects of a greater truth? What creates, has the power to destroy in equal measure. Demonstrate this lesson and you will reach a new understanding of yourself, and of the great Naaru whose sacrifice was able to halt the annihilation of an entire planet.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
