Mainly, this unlocked Broken Shore follower missions pre 7.2.
This is a breadcrumb quest and won't be available anymore if you completed the followup Armies of Legionfall or visited the broken shore.
So I got the quest to talk to Tactician Tinderfell. I talk to her, turn in the quest. No followup. Says the quest "Investigate The Broken Shore" has been completed. Nothing about doing a map quest, no mission on the scouting map called "menace on the broken shore", Nada. Did I miss something?
