I could see the Bonus Objective indicator on my minimap, but it took me a bit to map out a route that didn't skirt me near level 100 enemies. I started in the Crimson Fen (the red & mushroom'd part of the map). There is a road that exits to the east, starts at 59,58. From there, I stayed to the right in the Wildwood Wash, finding a ramp up to the right at 59,53. Following the curve of the road at the top of the ramp to the right a bit further, the Bonus Objective triggered at 60,52, or as soon as I entered Iyun Weald.
- Thorny Stabber - all around at ground level. Typically in groups with...
- ...Thorny Leaflings. If you're using AoE, I'd recommend punting the Leaflings before you start doing too much damage on the Stabbers. These little guys have little health bars, and you want to interact with them before they're dead.
- Weald Stinger - flying wasps. Some of them are higher up, making them less likely to notice if you're completing this objective with other people around. They start as non-hostile, so be sure you're looking for flying yellow bars or nameplates, not red (until combat).
Be weary and cognizant of the elite that roams the area: [npc=75207]. Though, if you're geared and ready for it, killing it contributes towards Gorgrond Monster Hunter.

Is there a bug? I can't for the life of me get it to spawn. Also can't get valley of destruction to spawn either, but I have completed all the other bonus objectives in the zone.
