TheWoWDBNot sure if this is a bug or not, but this quest did not appear as a yellow exclamation mark on my map in Dalaran. I had to go to Tiffany's jewelcrafting shop before I saw it pop up on my mini map. No idea why it didn't appear on my larger map, because up to this point all of the other jewelcrafting quests did.
