TheWoWDBYou cannot take this if you already have one of the quests from Apothecary Camp. If you want credit for this quest and don't seem to be able to get it, then make sure that your quest log does not have a quest from Apothecary Camp, and then Junat the Wanderer will show the yellow exclamation mark. I did not test this after completing a quest from Apothecary Camp, however, and wouldn't want to take the risk anyway.

Having leveled swiftly to 80 I did not do all quests before moving on, having come back to this location for the achy, I can confirm for you all that once completing a quest from the apotho camp you can not get this quest.

Description
Even the earth cannot hold back the tide of death washing over it. Corpses walk the land, spreading their putrefaction with alarming speed. A small expedition has made its way up the western cliffs and rests near Whisper Gulch. Take a look for yourself, {name}. See if you can learn their purpose and dissuade them from bringing their poisons into our lands. Travel southwest from the post, toward the cliffs overlooking the western beach. Their camp will be west of the excavation at Steel Gate.
