First speak with [npc=181561] to get [item=187908]. [npc=181561] is located in cave 35,2 45,6. Or do it when WQ Materials of Creation is up ( when you finish WQ but you will not do Achi don't wary now you cen get this item from NPC ).

Then Use [item=187908] on Stone Orbs, You need to face them and is not working on all Stone Orbs, if You use item on Orb and nothing is happening just move to next one.

Main Reward from achivement is [item=187860] but during it you can get [item=190062], [item=187735] or [item=188231] to open treasure [object=373568].

To get it you need to find and Combine: 1x [item=187791], 100 [item=187790], 10 [item=187728] and 5 [item=187789] to find them use [item=187908] ( take from Firim ) on Stone Orbs. To find them all take me max 15 min. After Combine You will get [item=187792] starting quest Kismetric Disc You need to go back to Firim. Main Reward is [item=190062].
Drop from stone orbs:
[item=187791] - get from 41,6 58,6 i think that you can't have more then 1 in inv.
[item=187790] - From all Stone orbs in Forge of Afterlives
[item=187728] - From all Stone orbs on map
[item=187789] - From big Stone orbs in Forge of Afterlives like /way 44,8 46,4 /45 60.5 is not 100% drop."

10. After you combine it you'll get the [item=187792] - You will get Kismetric Disc reward is [item=190062]
