Not sure if bugged or just poorly designed, but I accepted this quest but never got to complete it and/or turn it in. And at the moment now I don't know if I have access to King's Rest.
Edit: Okay, upon watching video, it appears this isn't a real quest. There is no "accept", you just immediately complete it. Very poorly designed, with no indication one has gained access to the dungeon.

Part 8 of 11.
We've intercepted a Horde missive, and learned that Blood Lord Dreven is currently aboard a Horde ship on the Great Sea. We've lost too many good men to Dreven. It's time to make him pay.

Taken from the storyline's own step order.
Blood Prince Dreven and his followers are siphoning power from blood-infused crystals to bolster their unholy abilities. Destroying those crystals will weaken Dreven before we fight him. Take out as many as you can find.

Blood Prince Dreven has barricaded himself in the lowest deck of this ship. He's trapped down there. Don't think that makes this easy for us. A cornered beast is more dangerous than a free one. But, if we have the will and wisdom, he can be slain. Follow me.
