make sure you let the Oracle finish her transformation to banshee form on agro before you one shot her otherwise she will despawn and you will have to wait for respawn
For the World Quest Language of the Lost you need 10 [item=136832] from [npc=91074] and one [item=136833] from The Oracle.

- if you start from "Shackles Den", go north to the road and follow it to the right, east, until you reach the "Garden of Elune". There you will find [npc=91074]. Go behind the columns and go up the stairs to the tower, you'll find The Oracle.
