For the World Quest Language of the Lost you need 10 [item=136832] from [npc=91074] and one [item=136833] from The Oracle.

Coordinates: 59.6, 55.6 - Azsuna, Garden of Elune
Flight point: Shackles Den - [npc=112866]


  • if you start from "Shackles Den", go north to the road and follow it to the right, east, until you reach the "Garden of Elune". There you will find [npc=91074]. Go behind the columns and go up the stairs to the tower, you'll find The Oracle.
