TheWoWDBMine was bugged so I went to Shackles den and up the hill to where farondis is, then the quest continued.

After completing the required 4 quests (if the quest turn in NPC doesn't show on your map)...go to "Shackles Den", Azsuna.... flight point (70.59,63.23) and walk South along the trail and you'll see the quest npc to continue...make sure you kill the portal keeper after killing the required # of demons..then aim for the base of the green sphere when flying...Once in the scenario..after killing demons in the beginning...run down the middle of the road to find the blue drakes to continue.
If your quest is bugged and you can't see the assaults, try turning off addon "World Quest Tracker". That solved my problem.
