TheWoWDBTo get the mats for the item. you take the 8 quest items and look up the 2 mat required for the boot. You than craft those from the quest item that is located in the box. I just searched for the two mats I needed and found the recipes in my leather working.

I had some trouble getting this quest to complete after doing the crafting. I had to leave the area for the quest and re-enter it. After that, it marked it as completed.
