TheWoWDBIf the quest is bugged for you and just tells you to get to Dalaran, use the adventure board to grab the Broken Shore questline and go from there.
I tried travelling to old Dalaran and even Legion Dalaran (through the Void Elf starting zone) to trigger a quest chain and nothing happened in both cases. But using the adventure board worked fine and will let you speak to an NPC that allows you to skip the starting quest chain.

How in the fug do you do this? I'm not being prompted to do the legion invasion, portal is unusable.Blizzard is the laziest bunch of nibblers i've ever seen.
If you're doing Chromie time for leveling and picked the Broken Isles, it seems to be bugged as it just told me to go there without giving me any clue where to even go. The ship wasnt there and the portal to the Legion version of Dalaran wasnt working.
What I did was take the portal to the old Dalaran then took the portal back to Stormwind and the quest changed from Onward to Adventure to "In the Blink of an Eye" which is the correct quest to get to the Broken Isles. Not sure if you have to specifically go to old Dalaran or if you just have to portal out of Stormwind then come back.Oh an as a side note, not sure if its because I had the quest accepted to start the BFA questline or what but the portal you're suppose to take in the castle isnt there and I had to fly to Karazhan to witness Dalaran being teleported. Once you actually get to the Broken Isles, the quest "Onward to Adventure" pops up for you to accept.
