Quick guide to get there

The problem here is not that there are too few ways to get there, but that there are too many.

The cave Leorajh is in is quite simple. After a dogleg left, the tunnel opens into a single main room where the NPCs are.

The cave opening is at
/way Spires of Arak 55.0, 65.3 Apexis Chamber

My personal preference for a route there is as follows:

From the Pinchwhistle Gearworks Flight Point travel WNW to
/way Spires of Arak 51.65, 68.11
(this spot is just a few steps off a roadway).

Face SE and ascend to a tree (52.3, 68.1) and bear right.

Just past that spot, be careful not to slide off hillside on your right. Continue up to a tree stump (53.7, 66.3) and bear right.

From the stump, or just past it, you can see the lightpost and penant at the opening to the Apexis Chamber.

OBTW, the spot above is near a "Y" intersection in the roadway and there is a very memorable tree at the intersection which even has a "special indicator" branch which dips low near the center of the intersection.

From the south west side at 52/66 take a left turn and continue upwards. The mouth of the cave is at 55/65. It's a cave, not a hole in the mountain side with a feathered creature inside. :)
