On This WQ You need to move your turtle to finish not breaking rules and picking up all check point. You can't cross your own path to.You can find him inside bulding north from Atal'gral camp.

Worked, thank you very much. Quest was bugged for me and I had to go through the walls because the walls weren't actually at the places where they appeared to be on screen.
