Description

You see the sinking ruins to the east? They were, not long ago, a temple to the shark loa, Gral.

The naga tore down his temple and are stealing his secrets. If it is for something good, I'll be a rock's uncle.

It would be wise to let Gral know what's going on here. I do not think he would approve.

Gral was quite powerful, and when it came to his knowledge of the sea, none could compare. It never hurts to have a fellow like that on your side.

Some fresh, bloody naga meat may just lure him out.

If you can't see any of the quest NPCs. Check if you are currently on the Xal'atath quest chain for Crucible of Storms. This will phase the area.

If you started any of the Xal'atath quests, you need to finish the whole chain first before you can complete Awaken a God & Saving for Later

I think this quest area is actually phased out due to the Xal'atath quest chain for Crucible of Storms. Try to complete the quest chain (if you are on it) to see if it unphases the area if you are having trouble seeing the NPCs or quest objectives.
