I just got this quest while at the command table (I'm a Necrolord). Very odd.
I got the same exactly right now with Necrolords, i was doing a campaign mission giving me some Hardenweald pet theme called Runelight leaper. It asked me to talk to Tal-Inara in Oribos but nothing else for me. I thought i would finally have some important unlockable content after doing those missions but no it's only 2g34 and nothing else.
