Edit: I have got 6 toons to this renown and got what appeared to be all 6 quest rewards. I assumed at this point the rest would need to be purchased. However, I just got my 7th toon to this renown and went to do the quest. Now the other 6 cosmetics are being offered as rewards. So altoholics, keep this in mind.
