Horde: If you are like me and try to do this WQ after doing the last post-4wq quest, turn this quest in (the last one, in the port) and only then try to do this world quest. Otherwise you will be phased with rexxar and the mobs will simply not be there along with other quest objectives.
Entrance to the cave is on the east side of the ridge. Coords are (47, 36).
