As of 3/3/26 at 2:25 PM EST, It does not appear that this quest can be completed. I nor anybody else I have talked to have been able to figure out how to get credit for the objective.

Standing next to the rune sites dismounted does work.
THe sites are scatered around Eversong so fly to each, dismount, click extra action button. The sites will be marked one by one on your map.

I share our dear Saltheril's love for vintage fixtures, but the lighting enchantment he is using is far too common for such an auspicious occasion. My Magisters can create a far more stunning enchantment.
