Honored Attendance is a quest for level 60, added in Shadowlands. It is step 6 of 9 in The Ember Court storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Revendreth at 27.9, 43.1. It rewards 4,100 experience and money.
It is my humble honor to be the Ember Court's first guest.
Please inform Prince Renathal and all of your other compatriots that I will certainly attend whenever you wish to open the gates.

This isn't offered to you until you consume the RSVP from the previous quest, so it's easy to walk away from him not realizing you won't be able to start your Ember Court without going back to him.
Make sure you click on the letter in your inventory
You need to do the daily from Cryptkeeper Kassir in order to get his rsvp and quest line progression. BtwQuests doesn't list that daily as a mandatory quest. That's where I got stuck.

Part 6 of 9.
Previous: Ember Court: Refreshments · Next: Formal Entertainment
Storyline order is the client’s own QuestLine data from the current retail build.
Step 2 of 2. Chain order is read from the prerequisite data in the current retail client build, so it reflects what the game requires, not a curated storyline.

We should always serve refreshments in the Ember Court, tailoring our choice of refreshment type to the preferences of our guests. Luckily, I know our first guest well. Like Theotar, he prefers it to be Formal. Work with Picky Stefan to acquire everything we need to throw a fancy tea party.

The Accuser will be pleased that you have chosen such humble and formal entertainment for the first Ember Court. I look forward to the occasion.
The Ember Court has 9 steps, from A New Court to The Ember Court.
Maps its steps are placed on (steps per map): Revendreth (9).
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
