Soothoof Hillstriders are goats that can be found around the road to the shore. Use [spell=528] and slay sprites.
Btw if you pull a goat and then use [spell=528] nothing will happen, so dispell them before pull.

Description

It's a little-known secret that the dust sprites use for their various tricks has restorative properties. Some within the alchemy community balk at this claim, but they only refute it because they've never been able to get their hands on the rare ingredient. Sprites often shroud themselves in illusions to avoid detection. The nearby goats have a curious shimmer about them that suggests they may be sprites in disguise. Dispel whatever magic surrounds them to reveal their true form.
