This is the third and final quest for Mischief Managed, the 3rd part of the achievement Tides of Vengeance, which has a very short quest chain, listed below.

Flynn Fairwind, now, there's a tricky one. It's easy to dismiss him as a slytherin--after all, isn't that what a me-first ex-pirate should be? Well, he certainly has Slytherin traits, but at the end of the day, he's not exactly subtle, he's not exactly cunning. He's certainly not Ravenclaw material... better be.. GRYFFINDOR! Flynn's bold and brave, leap in, ask questions later attitude belongs in the house of heros. He, unlike many, understands the value of sneaking in the side entrance, but is likely to blow the front door off as he's making his exit. With other explosions. All over. Boom!

Description
Thank you for returning this artifact to us, {name}. Now that we have the Abyssal Scepter, the fleet can advance without fear of the seas being turned against us. Please report our success to High Commander Wyrmbane.
