Mixmaster Jasper is a Horde-only quest for level 10-30 in The Cape of Stranglethorn. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 525 experience and money.
Mind giving some of this stuff to Jasper, over by the luxury suites? I'm sure he can find some use for it.
Thanks, <name>!
