Thanks to the blue dragon questline in dragonflight, there are now [npc=199196] wandering around a lv10-30 quest mob ready to gank unsuspecting Chromie Time players, as they do not scale down.
So be sure to pull him away from the skull-level gators.

Very recently lvl 70 crocolisk mobs where added for this lvl 10-30 zone zone where THIS quest takes place,
saw them when I was taking the ship from Bootybay to ratchet and decided to test if they get phased out when you're doing this quest:

They don't phase out/disappear while doing this quest that take place there (killing the sea giant on the island)
but they're mostly on the northern part of Janeiro Point (the island) so you can avoid them.

Description

Mok'rash the Cleaver is the last of the lot. And the largest, by my memory. Taller than a wave in a windstorm, with a beard like a kelp forest and a hammer like an oak tree. He taunts me from Janeiro's Point, the island right off the end of this very pier. It's because of him that I'm still trapped here, living this lamentable landlubber's life. If you can swim, then head out to Janeiro's Point and slay Mok'rash. Take care, {name}. Mok'rash will not lay down as easily as his brothers.
