My button didn't pop up either. It uses the Extra Action Bar. I had to go into Edit Mode and then close out and viola, there it was.

Absolute coal quest. You blow the item (personal action hotkey) to smoke the Agitated Hive Workers. These despawn, and in their place spawn Infesting Cindermites. You kill the ones that don't bug inside the trees and rocks, and repeat it about fifty times.
(Currently on beta) I accidently found out when another player ran up, we both blew smoke at the bees at the same time and it caused double the amount of mites to spawn. Nice tip for when it goes live. :3

What to do
Description
This not good. Fancy fire bees have mites! Janky seen this before. Hive get infested, good bugs get sucked dry. End bad. Need do something! Blast bees with smoke. Makes bees sleepy but mites hate! When jump off, you squish before they bite bees again.
Where to go

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Hot Wax
Oh. Fire bees bit bigger than Janky expect. Look mean. Other hives meaner, though. This best spot. You go grab wax. Janky stay here to...supervise. Yes!
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Hot Pollenate-o
Important to make sure not take too much. Make sure hive healthy so can come back. Bees eat pollen, yes? So fire bees eat fire pollen? Yes. Bring fire pollen to bees. Grow strong. Bee productive. Check edge of hive for flowers bees not get to yet. When catch fire, you got good one.
