You are looking for an NPC called Davenport Silli, located on the ground floor of the building at /way 26.96 29.07. Step into the yellow circle, then choose a fruit from the basket to pose with while Davenport paints your portrait. As soon as the timer bar fills, you will receive credit.

I thought the location was an outdoor gallery, so I tried emotes like “/flex”, but that didn't work. Then I read you have to go into the house. Artiste [npc=233322] is painting a bowl of sparkling fruit.
