Just doing this quest on a Druid. I noticed that if you've got the Pathfinder achievement you can interact with the objective, fly off when the sneaky podling spawns and it will turn yellow. From there if you can attack it before it despawns, the sneaky podling will aggro but not attack you.

Description
Admittedly, I do not know what to do next. If he is to rest here... flowers would be lovely. The podlings in this area have been hiding among the flowers. Retrieve seeds from them, Champion, and I will make them bloom. I think Gracus will like the flowers.
