TheWoWDBIf anyone is wondering or looking for that information, this quest can be picked from Wrathion just before Carapace of N'zoth.
This esentially means, you have to either kill the 10 bosses, or do a skip run where you kill Wrathion, and run straight to Carapace.

Sadly the comment section is wholly incorrect. You CANNOT just go and kill Wrathion - then run to Carapace to pick up the quest. It does not work like that without help.
The entrance to the City is blocked unless you kill Maut and the Prophet. The bridge to carapace is blocked unless you kill all of the other bosses. Specifically the ones you need the quest drops from.What people fail to mention is, in order for you to go straight from Wrathion to Carapace, you would need to have already completed the Skip quest.
You can only run to pick up the quest if you already have a 10/12 raid lockout, or somebody in your group with the skip active who can open the way from the bridge for you.For anyone who has neither, you're going to kill all bosses THEN pick the quest up. So you're gonna have 0/4 drops the first week you complete it.
Because I'm seeing so much bad info posted, here's how the skip actually works.
You have to kill the 1st boss then clear trash to the bridge to Carapace of N'Zoth. 1 boss + 20 minutes of trash.
Do not pass Go, do not collect 200 gold.

Description
Ny'alotha does not obey the rules of space and time, and we may be able to use this to our advantage. MOTHER theorizes that if we obtain specific objects from N'Zoth's chosen, we can utilize them to bend space and expedite our passage here in the future. Though, it is doubtful they will relinquish these items willingly.
