Bo kept despawning for me which I did not expect, I had to abandon the quest a few times until I managed to hit him as soon as he turned into a neutral mob. Then I was able to use Touch of Death without an error message.
This gave me so much unnecessary distress
And then I was angry because he didn't actually die from it

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

You fought well against the harpies, but you'll need even more skill to best the challenges ahead. We must meditate and focus if we are to gain more strength. Come. I know of a place we can go.

While you were destroying that army of the undead, the ghost of a paladin approached me... and asked for you! They floated over to the ruins nearby. You should see what this ghost wants. I do not know much about the Light... but I know not to ignore a ghost.
