Do not try to trade or sell the vial to the vendor. You will just get a message saying the merchant does not want that item which can be confusing since the vial is the currency used to purchase the speakeasy pass.
Instead, right click on the speakeasy pass to buy it and the vial will automatically be used as currency.

That is every comment on this page.

Description

You have certainly made my disaster of a day far less stressful, {name}. For that, you have the thanks of the entire Forgegrounds and those who keep it running. <Vokgret winks as she gives you a knowing smile.> Bevrusi was right to send you to me. Do tell her not to be a stranger now. I could use more friends from the Deeps. Here is her liquid opal. Give it to her with my compliments.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • The Market Reeve of the ForgegroundsIsle of Dorn · Level 70-73

I've heard liquid opal tastes remarkable but no matter how often I peruse the auctions here, it's never for sale. It's quite rare. Luckily for you, there is one person who can find the stuff. Vokgret, the market reeve of the Forgegrounds.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • The Machine SpeakeasyIsle of Dorn · Level 70-73

Machine Speakers are odd and secretive units, some prone to paranoia. Even so, the grievance they have against Steelvein must be smoothed over. As you have seen in the Forgegrounds, their quarrel with a single smuggler has put the entire city at risk. As Councilward, I will not stand for it.
