Pain Management

The dialog between the two NPC's (Kolgar Flameguard and Duroz Scaletaker) is worth reading. It hits one right in the feels...

This quest can be started at 56.65, 66.94 within a large room. Duroz Scaletaker is an old Dragonmaw Clan orc who, through this quest you find his self reflection of how the Dragonmaw treated the dragons.

You approach the two orcs Kolgar Flameguard and Duroz Scaletakerchatting.

Duroz Scaletaker says: ...And that's what was hard to forget. Captivity. Chains. You... remember, don't you?
Kolgar Flameguard says: You're sounding rough, old man. Save some strength for the walk back.

You then pick up this quest, Untold Regrets where Kolgar asks you to carry their axes just in case he has to help Duroz.

Kolgar Flameguard says: Here, carry out axes for us. It'll lighten the load in case I have tt sling him over my shoulder.
Duroz Scaletaker says: I can still walk, boy.
Kolgar Flameguard says: That's what you said after that Kor'kron took out both your knees at Orgrimmar.

You approach Bathoras, a red dragon alchemist to ask for help and receive the quest Pain Management.

Kolgar Flameguard says: Good, they're still here. Throm-ka, alchemist. My friend is sick and could use your aid. We have gold to pay you.
Bathoras says: What is wrong? Come close. Let me have a look at you... Our aid will be yours without coin.
Bathoras says: Please, have your friend sit down and rest while you wait.
Kolgar Flameguard says: Stay here, Duroz, I'll go get--
Duroz Scaletaker says: The garden. I... want to sit in the garden.
Kolgar Flameguard says: Are you sure you want to see... Nevermind. Alright, come on, let' go to the garden.

You walk with Kolgar and Duroz further along the path to the garden, Kolgar takes a seat on the stairs as Duroz sits right by the water, taking the moment in. You then collect the herbs and water from the garden before returning to Bathoras.

Bathoras says: One moment while I prepare the medicine...
Bathoras crafts a Medicative Potion to give to Duroz.
Bathoras says: Here it is. Please, take it to the old orc and remind him that I require no repayment. The red dragonflight values all life, even when it wanes.

You return to Kolgar and Duroz still sitting in the garden with the potion.

Kolgar Flameguard says: Don't tell me you're gonna complain about the taste.
Duroz Scaletaker says: This is how it should have been.
Kolgar Flameguard says: What?
Duroz Scaletaker says: They should have lived like this. The dragons. The whelps. Free, unshackled, untainted.
Kolgar Flameguard says: You're not thinking about the rest of the Dragonmaw. You're thinking about what you did.
Duroz Scaletaker says: Every day of my life. And here they are making me medicine. Because they don't know.
Kolgar Flameguard says: You answered for it, Duroz. You were in that camp for years. You stood against Garrosh, against Zaela, against Sylvanas. You regained your honor and you defended it.
Duroz Scaletaker says: I broke whelps younger than these, Kolgar. Some honor can't be regained.

*A ruby whelpling lands near Duroz's leg, curls up, and beings to drift off to sleep*

Kolgar Flameguard says: ...Drink your medicine. It'll help.
