I play a Tauren Druid. There is a bug where you can't enter the hut located at 42,38 in bear form or Cat form to pick the Miniature War Machine. Entering in humanoid Tauren form worked even though the entrance is smaller than my Tauren form and bigger than my Cat form and Bear form.

Edit: Turns out the Endurance Runner buff from garrison outpost which makes my bear and cat form bigger is the cause of the problem. Canceling the buff also allowed me to enter in bear or cat form.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
