In case your map is bugged and shows the wrong location for the turn in (like mine did), Gazlowe is back inside your great hall next to the architect's table.
The mole machine is right next to your great hall, behind the flight path.
If anyone is as blind as I am, for the last bit where it says to bring Gazlowe to the roof... the stairs to the roof are in the back of the room behind the quest mob.

Description
I'm ready to get outta here, and I ain't hoofin' it back through all those orcs. Fortunately, I kept a few extra rocket chickens to get us back to your garrison in style! Let's get up to the roof and find a decent place to take off.
