IMO, the easiest way to complete this quest is to
1) stand NEAR a geyser,
2) click on the supplied quest item WHILE geyser is blowing,
and3) click on the center of the geyser when it STOPS blowing
Once you are accustomed to the distance that you can jump when clicking
on the geyser, things get very manageable!;)

Description
We're getting a geyser hit any minute now. The effects of the Tidestone are far-reaching. We have to do what we can to prevent any further destruction. Use this sealant to stall off the next round of eruptions!
