Plug the Geysers is a Horde-only quest for level 50 in Nazjatar, added in Battle for Azeroth. It rewards money.
Just keep watching this spot... any second now...
Once those geysers start firing, get in there and seal them up.
The more they shake, the more everything breaks apart!
We have to keep these things under control.

It is possible to plug the geysers even while active, just position the targeting circle towards the edge of the geyser.
A couple of things to know when doing this quest.
- Use the item from your inventory and not the icon provided in the quest list. The icon in the quest list does not work.
- Make sure and wait until the geyser stops blowing water. It will fail if you do it while it is active.
IMO, the easiest way to complete this quest is to
1) stand NEAR a geyser,
2) click on the supplied quest item WHILE geyser is blowing,
and3) click on the center of the geyser when it STOPS blowing
Once you are accustomed to the distance that you can jump when clicking
on the geyser, things get very manageable!;)
That is every comment on this page.

Item facts are the current retail client’s (ItemSparse); the specialisations for a pick-one item are the ones the Blizzard quest API lists; faction and currency text is the client’s own. Lowest listed price = the US commodity auction house now.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

/way #1355 33.8 47.7Map coordinates of the pins above. An area the client draws as a shape is given by the centre of its points.
Quests whose map markers the client places closest to this one on Nazjatar, nearest first. Distances are straight lines between the markers.
Horde flight points closest to the quest’s first objective area marker on Nazjatar:
Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.
First seen in build 12.0.7.68887 (Midnight patch 12.0.7, the oldest build in our datamine).
This one: Horde only · Nazjatar · Level 50.
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
