TheWoWDBI don't see this quest and other PvP quests in Azj-Kahet while in Dornogal. So if you don't see it too — just teleport/fly to Azj-Kahet or from Dornogal and you will see it. Maybe some bug/glitch or addon interference.

I had THE most annoying bug I've ever witnessed in the history of my WoW time and it's this world quest and the debuff [spell=440390],
I've finished the world quest and in my druid form I flew away from the spot nulling the debuff which made a sound...The sound that would haunt me for the next 4 hours...
I've tried, relogging, exiting the game, unstucking the char, using hearthstone, deleting the cache folder, going there and leaving again.SOLUTION:
Go there, die, get ressed by the spirit healer, use hearthstone. IT WORKED! I was finally free, good luck!
If you can't see this world quest while wowhead telling you it should be up, you have to complete your weekly "Forge a pact" quest in order to see this.
It drove me crazy that I just completed it on my main, but logging on alts I couldn't see this wq.
