TheWoWDBIf you're confused with the "Captive Leader rescue" part of this WQ you have to kill an NPC called Chompkeeper Baggrul, that's just down the ramp from the cages on top of a platform to the left above 2 Basilisks, just before the race track.

The Flight path is Stonehoof Watch. Run a bit to the south on the road and up the snowy hill on the right. At the top keep going straight, then go right when you see a way up, and then follow around to the left, to the first cave on the left. Coordinates are 54.55 75.26 to entrance.
Most of this world quest is straight forward, but finding "The Captive Leader" is a bit tricky. You need to kill [npc=102107]. He is located on the lowest level of the cave on a perch to the left above two basilisks. If you've reached the snail raceway then you've traveled too far. Turn around and look up.
