If you're having issues finding out how to get up to the Ironhorn Enclave (where the Highmountain Tauren are), go to the meeting stone for Neltharion's Lair. Go tot he right of the entrance, along side the mountain, and then up towards the tents. It will tell you that you've entered Summitcrest Basecamp. Follow the path up the mountain on, turning left after you cross the long bridge.

I'm not running any coordinates in beta, so if anyone has those, please add them!

Thanks to Nikki80 for the description from beta, here's a 7.0.3 update with coordinates.

From the [zone=7546] meeting post at 50.00 68.64 in Highmountain, head West 150 yards to 48.0 68.1, then head upwards, following the path. It will lead you left at the tents, and zigzag upwards into the areas Greystone then Highmountain Peak. Keep heading upwards, continuing over the bridge at Frosthood Watch, 49.87 79.66. Follow the trail left, and where it ends at a pile of rocks at 50.35 80.61, continue straight ahead to the hand in The Highmountain Tauren to [npc=93691] in Ironhhorn Enclave at 55.09 84.06. Pick up the quest Where Respect is Due, and as you'll be returning to hand it in, don't forget to cross the pond before you leave to get the flight point from [npc=98966] at 56.82 83.85.

Ye've brought me a bit of interesting rocks to look at, {name}. I've got a special assignment for ye, if ye're up for it. I hear stories about these tauren, up in Highmountain, who claim mastery over minin'. I don't know if they're as talented as you or me, but they've been minin' leystone longer. Pay 'em a visit. See what they have to say.
