TheWoWDBCave Entrance is at /way 41.24 72.34
Once you enter the cave a NPC will spawn, talk to him and he will give you a disguise.
Once disguised you need to loot items inside the cave in order to fill your quest bar to 100 (fish, snails, etc)
I found going up the ramp in the cave better as there seemed to be more items to loot

To start this world quest talk to the npc just inside the "bitestone enclave" cave. You won't see him until you get inside the cave.
