seems to be broken, no way to recover shipments.
edit: I flew into the area in a raid group. couldn't pick up any of the boxes even after dropping group. logging off and back on seems to have fixed it though

Not sure why you got downvoted. I'm currently solo and I can't pick up boxes either.
