TheWoWDBI've been doing TB dailies since the day after Cata's release, all the way until this morning even, and never have been offered this daily. I didn't even know it existed. Yea, RNG is RNG, but really, sheesh!...
(I realize I'll likely get downrated eventually, but just had to rant.)
Pacapaca: and wouldn't you know it, the day after I wrote this comment, I also finally got this daily and also the TB daily achievement! I've gotten it about every third day since.

Never seen it either.. didn't know it existed until I saw it was the only one missing from the "Another Day" achievement. I've purchased two trinkets and the spectral wolf mount so I've done my fair share of dailies too.
EDIT: Figures that not 5 minutes after I came here to complain the quest finally showed up in my set of dailies today!
I've noticed a pattern. People mention they never get this as one of their dailies, and it pops up.
Here's hoping my mentioning this will deliver this daily to me tomorrow.

Description
We have been having issues with the undead down at the Cape of Lost Hope for a while now. Every time a new ship wrecks, they end up getting more undead to join their ranks. Can you do us a favor and thin out the ranks up there? I know you won't be able to kill them all, but anything you can do will help at this point. Keep an eye out for alliance, we have been getting reports of them ambushing the beach lately.
