Rats Can Bite

Rats Can Bite is a quest for level 80-83 in Eversong Woods. It is step 10 of 11 in the Lesser Evil storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Silvermoon City at 53.0, 33.2. It rewards 14,700 experience and money.

Description

I know all of these people. They're workers, not fighters. Aradis went after the ones who couldn't fend him off. That's why he ran when he tried to take me and realized he picked the wrong target.

After the trouble we've made, there's no way he doesn't know we're here.

Be on guard. Once he shows his face, he's dead.

Not sure if anyone else had this experience, but for a levelling quest, Magister Aradis was ridiculously OP.

Continuously lobbed Chaos Bolts that landed like a truck. When he wasn't casting a curse or bolt, he was giving himself a nice shield.

Unless you have various interrupts on short cooldowns, he effortlessly casts on you until you run out of mana, no time for cooldowns to reset, and he seemed to have almost 3 times the hp I did at the same level.

He has a lot of health, took me some time to down him as a blood DK. Then I saw crumpled letter near Sarvi's dead body, realizing he had lured and killed her at least in part because we, as a player character, failed his mission.
I stayed a bit more and killed that scum Aradis 5 more times. Poor Sarvi, I was too late to save you, but I avenged you.

Can you hear that? It sounds like it's coming from downstairs. Like someone's in pain. The last kidnapping from the Row was pretty recent. This could be where he's been keeping the people he took. My people. My friends. Even if Aradis doesn't show his face, we're not letting him keep them here.

Everyone out here should be fine. Sarvi... I'll get her back to the Row. If we leave her here, the guards will just have the body tossed. I hope they do the same to Aradis, but I'm sure they won't. Come on. Let's go talk to Dawnblaze and get our payment. I remember where her office is.
