I think it's pretty safe to say there is no chance these will benefit you in the Icecrown Citadel raid instance. Most importantly it would be completely against Blizzard's stance on raid consumable stacking. These buffs are much, much better than effects from elixirs or flasks. There is no way they'll balance encounters for these or expect people to spend 75 vrykul bones (+perhaps do the cauldron daily for its buff) to be able to perform properly until they die and lose all the buffs.

People didn't end up running back and forth between the Cenarion Expedition's walking buff trees and Serpentshrine Cavern in Zangarmarsh either. There is no indication that these rune buffs will persist in instances.

Also the benefits vary between classes, for example a retribution paladin would benefit from all of the runes while non-mana users would not have a variant that would restore energy/rage/runic power.

Use these for dailies/ganking/whatever tomfoolery you can think of in the zone, otherwise you'll just end up deleting a big bunch of bones when the next expansion rolls around.
