This quest offers a free ride to Loch Modan, compared to Hero's Call: Loch Modan! which DOESN'T.
For some Hero's Call quests you can complete the Hero's Call quests and the other breadcrumb quest if you pick the Hero's Call quest FIRST and turn it in, but don't accept any other quests in the new zone. You can then go back and pick the other breadcrumb quest. That way you can complete both breadcrumb quests.
That does not work with this breadcrumb quest though. I tested it with two characters. You can only complete one of the breadcrumbs so I suggest you take this quest and ignore Hero's Call: Loch Modan! as this one gives +10 more reputation to Gnomeregan and a free flight to Pilot Hammerfoot.

Description
I've been waiting for the council to hear my plea for hours, and it's not looking good. Moira's greatest desire seems to be to paralyze the council. Meanwhile, Loch Modan suffers. Our enemies are many and our resources are few. Please, {name}, perhaps you will hear me if the council will not. Speak to Gryth Thurden, Ironforge's gryphon master. He's in the eastern part of the Great Forge. He'll provide a free flight to the South Gate Pass. Introduce yourself to Pilot Hammerfoot once you arrive.
