Once you get to this area, go ahead and stop for a second.
Ride the elevator up to the rocketway, talk to the guy and go for a ride to the northern terminus. You'll get about a quarter of a level of xp just "discovering" things on the way. You'll also get a new flight path once you get to the northern terminus.
Then ride the rocketway back to the SOUTHERN terminus, and you'll get 10 achievement points for riding the full length. ("Joy Ride")
You'll also gain another flight path at the southern end.
Then ride the rocketway back to Orgrimmar Exchange (there is never a cost to ride the rocketway) and continue questing.

Description
You've done a bangup job getting our lumber operations in order. But word on the wire is that we're falling under our stone quota. You'd think if we could move mountains, we could gather up a few rocks... Well, that's not my problem, but maybe you can make it yours. Report to Horzak Zignibble up ahead at the Orgrimmar Rocketway Exchange. See if you can't help him straighten out his operations. Just follow the road northeast and find him in the rocketway tower.
